Yeah I'm not sure that I will either, I've spent alot of extra money keeping this tank as sterile as I can. Just thinking, with the new tank, maybe just run both of them, not really gonna cost any more money and I have all the extra stuff, need a little more rock, but not much.

yeah I would be afraid to add any type of real corals.......as my luck I would just introduce hydroids or something like that! Plus the fake grass you have will be more colorful and smaller for the horses to hitch to

thanks for posting hon, I know you only have a few hours with your eye.

I think I'm just gonna add the new ecopico to the mix and have 2 nanos side by side so if 1 goes south, i have a back up Not really gonna cost much more this way. $50 for that new set up and i have the old tetra filter. seems like a win win to me;)

as for corals you are correc there is always a chance to introduce something to the tank. this is why when buying corals for a seahorse tank always jsut get the coral frag, dont get one thats attached to any sort of rock. this lessens the chance of any hitchikers.

many soft corals would work great for latching onto. kenyas in particular work splendid because they continue to branch once fragged and have plenty of tiny branches for the dwarves to latch onto.

Ok got these 2 little led strips from ebay, a blue and a white, and cut off dc invertors of my boys old toys. The blues will be the moonlights on 24/7, the whites will be on a timer 30 minutes before and after my main lights come off. This should create a very cheap sunrise sunset effect for about $20

Hatched my first batch of brine shrimp and fed to my corals and fish. The fish and corals went nuts.
