Good algae eating fishies?

Hi everyone.

I started with distilled, and have continued to top off with it.

The hang on filter is rated for up to 50 gallons, I figured at this point it should be adequate considering that's twice my tank size. I will be building a stand this summer, once classes are over, and have already been thinking about putting a sump under there and a skimmer too as you mentioned.

The algae has cleared up quite a bit now. I've added quite a CUC.
