good are bad

    flat worm not good but doesnt look bad they eat pods i have a bunch in my sump but some flat worms are bad but that one looks harmless

    Well as already said. The big white one is a flatworm of the relatively harmless variety.
    However im more concerned about the ones that surround the white one. They look to me like they are the Red Aceol type of flatworm which are the bad kind.
    Maybe Pagojoe might chime in here......

    As said it’s a Flat worm and not harmful – I do not see red ones (looks like air bubbles and algae to me – I assume this is a pic from your fuge?)

    You have no worries. If you see red ones as indicated its more of an issue. I have successfully used Saliferts Flat Worm Exit in the past. Mostly flat worms become an eyesore and that’s when people take steps to rid the tank of them. Google Flat worm and you will find all you ever wanted to know.     I'm with ghost, I don't see any of the red ones in the pic, just the little white acoel flatworm. They don't normally reach plague proportions, and will probably disappear over time.
