Good bye to a great site

I went to check out Karen's Rose Anemone and the site is longer active. She had one of the best pages of information regarding anemone care. All that is left is a Cialis advertisement page. It's sad to see such a great site go away. I'll see if I can dig up her email and see what happened, but I think it was generated through the website.

 

I believe I came across that site a while back. It really did have TONS of great information on it.

Its possible the site got hacked, it did something similar to that several weeks back and then her site was back again 2 days later.
I'm gonna keep my bookmark for awhile just in case

 

Nah, I'll never leave this site. I may take unexpected breaks, but never leave for good.

 

That's unfortunate. Hopefully this isn't like "The Great Reef Central Blackout" last year when everyone made rumors that RC was hacked and gone when they were actually just upgrading their servers. :

 

lol, I hope not, but then I dont remember ever putting up prescription drug sales sites for a few days while I copy files over

 

My guess is that something wrong happened with the DNS (transferring hosts) or that the account got hacked. This was too sudden and I can't see a reason why cialis would take over that name. It's not a heavy traffic site.

That sucks!
The worse part is GoDaddy has a free service that makes it easy to do this, it tracks the site registration and you can either be emailed or prepay to buy it if it expires.
