    Ok, I found this guy while moving one of my rocks around and I'm not sure if it's good or bad. Any ID on what type of crab this is would be great.

    if it has pointy claws prob not reef safe. but it may be a red emerald crab.

    The points on its claws are a shiny black and look pretty nasty for their size.

    I seem to recall that black claws are a bad sign also. You might want to try segregating him.

    I pulled him out of the tank for now, until at least I could get a positive ID from someone. Do you guys think I should keep him out? I have some shrooms and zoas and would hate to see him go after them, or anything else for that matter.

    he kinda looks like a sally lightfoot but has not even relatively the same colors for that. he shape kinda does though. idk but he looks cool!!!
