Good dance partner for 20k

What 2 T5 bulbs would you guys choose to compliment XM 20k bulbs?

 

Maybe add some 10,000k for some good additional par.

 

What about an ATI aquablue+ and a GE 6500k?

anyone else, maybe someone who is running 20k MH with T5 supplemental what bulbs do you use in your T5 fixture?

This combo, with two 20k already in place is going to be very blue. I like the idea of the 10k compliment, becuase you'll then get good blues, and good growth ... the ultimate combo

 

the fiji purple is more of a white... it doesnt have much actinic in it and thus is lacking in the blue wavelength. Its more of a daylight bulb that supplements for the yellow and red wavelengths that are lacking in most other bulbs

The blue+ on the other hand is almost 100% in the blue spectrum

 

I run the purple and blue with two 20k bulbs. I love it. Growth is good imo. My tank looks the best it ever has. I had even bought a 16k bulb to add some white, needless to say it is not in the fixture. The 420/450nm combo seems to make a very nice glow on my corals. You can look for my 72g bow front thread. Pics show my tank with those lights on. No editing done to the pics either.
