Good deal for a nano reef starter

Hi,

I have a 20 gallon long, with sand, 30lbs of rock, caulerpa (filled with copepods). I have 2 chromes and one scooter blenny (eat brine shrimp) and two hermit crabs.
It has a hang on filter, and a power head for flow. It comes with three types of lights
9one is a 2x48" T8 on a (hang from the ceiling unit) and 2x24" one white one blue light neons.
-1 aqua c urchin protein skimmer (i used only for 4 months)
-1 Mag 9.5 pump (used for 4 months)
-Plumbing necessary to connect tank to a refugium.
-4x5gallon gassoline tanks for water change.
-TEST Kits,
-and water additives (stro, etc)
-Salinity check device, water heater.
-I think i have an overflow box too.

I do not have time to take care of the tank, but someone interested could use all this to make a nice nano reef.

you have a mag 9.5 on a 20g ?? sounds extreem.
