I'm not sure wht they usually run for...but I want one. lol. They pretty much do EVERYTHING...especially when it comes to lighting and programming.

Quite difficult for me to say given the limited information available on the unit. Even the website itself from the manuf does not answer all of the questions I would have even as someone who knows very little about controllers.

I have been looking more and more into controllers lately and I am leaning more and more toward Neptune's Apex Lite. It is under 400. It comes with 8 switchable outlets, pH and temp probe and is already network capable. Add a gaming adapter and you have wireless monitoring AND control of your tank. The APEX updates itself. It also has a ton of information available and many people rave about their product and customer service.

I am not telling you that the unit you are looking at is bad - just highlighting the fact that there are other manufacturers out there who provide a wealth of information and that have loyal customers due to outstanding and long-lasting product quality and customer service proven publicly.

    WHOA!!! Didnt see the pricetag.

Def seems quite pricy given the fact they only give limited information.

APEX Lite is half the price . . . .

I see your points. but for $399 CAD plus shipping (which i'll just go pick mine up) doesnt seem that bad for the reviews I have read. I'll look into the apex lite though
