    Some of the stuff on that page is exagerated. Its good for newbs so they dont jump right in an buy things, but "host anemones" are kept by lots n lots of people with no problems, even under powercompact lighting. That page even says you should avoid anthias.

    its a very good chart on what to avoid i think.some of those things can be kept but are either more advanced or a pain to keep but not impossible.more people should be warned about carnations.they have a zero success rate.now somebody will prolbably tell me about some guy that kept one for a year or something but its going to be a freak thing.

    How about those hydroids...boy do I have a mess of those....
    Help from red legged hermits and periodic scraping keep under control. Do not spread very fast, and are kind of pretty...

    As with any such list...should be considered "...In general..." depending on particular item, environment and experience of keeper.
