Only 3 questions you need to ask at your LFS:

    Do you have it?
    Can you get it? and..
    Wheres the bathroom?

hey Iraf, here in Springfield Mo, which is about 4 hrs away, we have a pretty small LFS that has a lot of corals, the name is midwest exotic import, probably one of the biggest coral dealers in the midwest, u can check them out. he supplies most of the chain lfs here in town

    hey jason,

nice to see a fellow vancouver reefer on 3reef. Kinda curious which LFS you use?

Personally ive been to Ocean Aquatics / J L Aquatics / King ED's and support all three. Each store i find to be very different therefore wide variety.

If you know of any other shops i should check out in the lower mainland i would love to know.

I am lucky enough to have Premium Aquatics about 40 minutes from the house and they are a 3reef sponsor. ;D

Good as far as tanks, dry goods, livestock, or customer service? LOL...
I can never find a LFS that has the best of both worlds....8)

Premium Aquatics is pretty darned good, mostly knowledgable staff that won't BS you if they can't answer your question. Dirt cheap on 99% of their stuff. Speaking of PA, when we going again Otty?!?! I'll drive this time!
