I got home today and found that my coraline algae is spreading...YAY! ;D But I also noticed that I have what looks like brown algae spreading as well... BOO! :( Tank is still new and I'm pretty sure that it hasn't cycled yet. Is this something that I need to worry about right now?

Sounds like diatoms, which as Inwall said, is perfectly normal.
