These live rocks were placed in the new SW tank since day 1 but today I saw this. I don't know what it is and don't know if it's good or bad  Any ideas?

It's hard to see exactly what it is from the picture. It may be cyano (bad) or it could be red coraline (good). if you can get a closer picture it would help

looks like cyano, which is bad but kinda normal for a new set up.

Hard to tell but they look like little redish bubbles... am I correct?? If so, then it's bubble algea. Pain in the butt! Can spread very fast! If that's the only spot of them, get them out as soon as you can, and do NOT pop them!! They send out spores when popped and spread everywhere!! Take the rock completely out of the tank! Take some sort of cutter or something and chip that piece of rock off. Or you can scrub them off with a stiff brush, but that risks spreading the spores all over the rock.
Other than red bubble algea... may be cyano.... still bad to have lol. Your tank is still new though.... so this seems normal to me. You can see a wave of different algeas pop up and disapear as your tank matures.
