I ordered a new RODI system will be delivered by tomorrow, now I just using distilled water. By the way, am I setting the power head right? (please ignore the live rock I just moved it a bit closer to take pics)

hmm, does it crush off easy or is it hard? If its hard, corralline, good, if it brushes off, cyano, bad

I'd prob lower the powerhead, put it in the middle of the tank and aim it towards the middle top front to get ya some more flow down low;) That should help with the cyano

I can brush that off by my finger, so I guess it's cyano. What do I need to do now? Remove the rock or do nothing? I have the UV sterilizer on now.

Test your water and post the results. Not a huge deal. You'll need to get the water right, and increase flow, maybe decrease your lights for a bit to help. Hopefully it will stop soon and not increase into a problem. A lot of times it won't as long as you use good water;)
