    Apogee seem like it's in the budget.
    Any others for decent price?

    Apogee is by far the most widely used.... Aside from that there is LiCor, but you are looking at a ~$1000 meter....

    Get the Apogee with the dual, sun and electric setting... Use electric for your tank...
