Ah, the great rock architect. A LFS got one and I was like "I want that fish but there's no way it's reef safe" and I was told how it likes to make it's own rockscape and will rearrange rocks which is not good.

I say of those options, the only one that would work is the solar wrasse. The cleaner wrasse is a bad idea in a tank anyway, it probably won't live very long due to that issue. But even if the cleaner wrasse lives long term, havinga couple wrasses ina a tank is fine, for the most part.

The PB tang is a very tough fish to keep in captivity, a 72g would definitely not help the low rate of survival, but to keep it in perspective, i know one guy that kept a PB tang in his 75g very happy for several years. Probably the best looking PB tang i have seen in captivity to be honest. That tang is now in a 250g tank when the original owner sold his setup, and sold the fish to a friend.
The emperor will get huge, and is definitely not reef safe. The same for blue girdled regarding not reef safe.

One of my favorites (that I will surely get once I have the $$) is a Labouti Wrasse. Pic below.
