    I'm down to a pack a day.

    Hey all!

    Glad to hear you all are hanging in there and haven't had a smoke especially after all this stressful election stuff. ;]

    I've been MIA the past week or so, been busy working in the fish room, etc. I was tempted to pick up a vice this week after some ---holes stole both of my mountain bikes from my laundry room. Arr!! At least it took them awhile since they used a handsaw to cut through a thick cable lock, hope they nicked themselves. Freaking Trek 8000 they stole, waa!
    So I did the next best thing and binged on some carrot cake and ice cream to fill the empty space. I've noticed the pounds creepin back around my waist the past month so I went back to the "no desserts in the house" policy. sigh......... Off to booby trap my back yard!!! Bwahahaha!!!

    That sucks rg. Just got done beating a close/tall considers himself to be a fast runner friend. Beat em' twice wearing work boots.... 50 yard dash. The driveway is about 100 so, wer'e going for that next.

    my wife quit after 26 years cold turkey its been 6 months now im proud of all of you that quit. if i smoked i wuold have to quit just so i could have more money for my reef hobbie im not getinpora for nothing
