    Thats how I was til recently. For the past couple of yrs I was smoking 2-3 cigs a day. You'd be surprised how easy it was, for me at least, to stop. Btw, this is the fourth time that I tried to quit and so far so good. Good luck to ya. Stay strong my friend, Rome wasnt built in one day. Luna

    Today is the 66th straight day for me without chewing. The first week was the hardest for me. now i dont even think about it anymore which is amazing. It is time to go to my favorite lfs and get my list of frags together for x-mas. I love going to my lfs he is the best in Denver and they have just sarted a new website.     I dont think about it either, until someone is right in front of me with one. Then I have to walk away, but its cool, I got it all under control. This is the only time that I dont mind being a quiter......lol Stay strong my friend.
