    Got off the phone with my dad today and decided that I am going to give quitting another shot. He is terminal at age 59 and his father didn't see 64 for the same reason. Talked it over with the fiance and I can't stand the thought of being the third male in a row to kill himself the same way.

    God help the unfortunate souls who get in my way for the next couple weeks. :p

    hehehe... I ran a couple of sub-contractors off my job last summer for no good reason... except that I wanted a cigarette!

    You have mentally broken the habit! You've made it this long, I'll buy you lunch if you go another 5 weeks.

    quit 2 days ago. so far so good... the only times i dread are those stressful days where u want to reach out for one... good job to those that have stuck with their decision. good motivation for me to stick to this.

    So, how long has it been for us already? Has the yr mark pasted already?
    Everyone and anyone who is thinking of quiting, stop thinking and start doing. I cant begin to tell you guys how awesome I feel. I feel like 20 something again.;D More energy, no short of breath, saving money and of course, more stamina in the bedroom. I used to be a 5 min man, now I give her the best 10 mins of her life.:hehe:....................lol
