    I stopped smoking one day before Mission did, thats why I said "its funny that you mention this". Its Cold turkey for me, Im hoping it wont be that tough, since I only smoke 2-4 cigs a day. Im in, esp. knowing that the coral is coming from Reef-Goddess, hell ya!!;) Luna

    The Prize

    Alright so its Luna, Scenario, and Mission?

    Since you guys are smokers and know what kind of pain you all will be going through better than I do, I want you all to agree between yourselves on a good time period for this to last. Of course you will all pledge not to fall off the boat after this is over.
    If everyone wins I don't mind I'll just come up with some other stuff to spread around. ;]


    The prize, hope this is something worth not smoking for. ;]

    On a serious note, Congratulations to y'all. Smoking is even worse than we all think.

    Let me put it this way. In may, a Heart Surgeon told me that 8 out of 10 people he does surgery on are smokers.

    He told me this while I was in a hospital bed as his newest patient.:eek:

    I stopped about 4 years ago, used a combination of patches and gum for about 4 weeks, never had a cigarette since. Also read this book "Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking", it's not for everyone, but there are some good tips on how to cope and also the reasons behind the desire.

    Interestingly I still sometimes smoke in my dreams, funny that :)
