    It is hard to watch the news and see all that is going on in the world and not get depressed. Just always remember that there is also good going on as well. I am in the Army and have seen the good that is going on that the news doesnt show. I just try not to focus on the negative and focus on my family and friends, because they are always there wether you want them or not lol. Everything will get better, I promise. I've felt how you do as well. Just hang in there.
