I hate to have to say this, but I'm leaving the saltwater hobby.
I’m tired of one frailer after another. I woke up this morning to feed my fish, and my clownfish was dead.
I will come back at some point. I will be setting up a 55 gal. Saltwater In a year or two.
I'm not leaving 3reef, but I will be spending most of my time in the freshwater forums.

In the past year in this hobby, I have lost.
    5 clownfish,
    10 turbo snails,
    1 chocolate chip starfish,
    1 blue angel,
    2 anemones,
    And I flooded my bedroom.

I had the last clown for 3 or 4 months. I almost cried when I saw him.

sorry to hear that fish. sometimes takin a break from things, then comin back with a fresh slate works out the best in the long run. good to hear youve still got the freshies going. good luck and hopefully we see you around still.

My plans is when I get a job, I will save up for a 55gal. With built in overflow, metal halides, below tank fuge, the mated par of clowns, and bubble tip anemones as far as the eye can see.

Besides the clowns and snails, the stuff you are trying to keep are not considered easy, especially in a 10 gallon tank. I wouldn't throw in the towel, just do research to figure out why your stuff is dieing, and learn from it. Research stuff before you purchase it to see if it is suitable for your tank. (I don't think there is any angel that is suitable for a ten gal). Every failier should be a learning experience, learn why you failed, and chances are better for success the next go around.

The angel, and starfish was in a 55gal.
I started out with a 20tall, and upgrade to the 55. That flooded my room, with no water my angel and starfish died. Then I got my 10gal.

I know how you feel. My first tank I made almost every nooby mistake you can, it was a total pain in the but tank. Took it down when we moved, then a year later started my 55, but thanks to this forum, and lessons learned this tank is way easier. Hope you give another shot at some time

Keep your chin up, Lincoln failed half a dozen times before he became president of the United States of America. In fact, he had more failers than achievements in his life time. Take this break period to research and learn more about this wonderful hobby.;)

BTW, never, ever, ever give up.
