haha. I dtaw all my plans in sketchup before actually doing them. I have slowly been noticing more people using sketchup for the same purpose, which is kind of cool.

For those who want more realism, a new 3reefer recently told me about IDX Renditioner.

Works great for Macs. I've been having trouble with the install on my PC. If someone knows what's wrong, I wouldn't mind them helping me. :)

Take a little time and go through the tutorials. It's super easy once you get the hang of it.

It took me a few hours to get the hang of Sketchup. I basically just went off, from there. Of course I've found some nice tips to make things a little easier. Tutorials are definitely a big help.

Looks cool, I need to try it. Is there a good tutorial somewhere? I really need to get in the habit of sketching out ideas more. What can I say, I guess i must like the surprise factor though LOL.

The information I could out in, I did. The comany...I forget what I put. Just make something up. That info doesn't really mean anything, aside from possibly statistical info for them.

Sketchup has quite a few tutorials available when you download and install it to your computer. it will tell you about it and also ask if you want to view others.

IDX itself does not have tutorials that I know of. But There is "Go-2-School" which is basically someone with Google Sketchup (I think) who goes through and shows you how use sketchup. They do touch up a bit on using IDX. They have a website.
