    very cool!!
    question though. if all i have is astrena(spelling?) stars will it eat only those and survive??
    i have alot of them and i think they are muching on my zoas. maybe this is a option to rid them.

    I only had astrina stars in my tank and he has either eaten them or they have all gone into hiding because I dont see many of them anymore. Pretty soon I may put a post up on the local board to see if anyone wants to rent my harlequin shrimp for their starfish eradication.

    yeah it's a tough call, some Harlequins eat the Asterina's while I've read others don't look twice. If you plan on getting one I would make sure it's taking Asterina's at the LFS before getting it.

    the main reason I can keep mine well fed is they sell me nice sized Sand Sifters for about $8 every few weeks, so not a big expense vs how cool the Harlequin is for me.
