    yeah their great bulbs but they are a little too blue for me being a 14k.. their 14k is like most brands 20k

    looks good tho,,big difference..

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Good bulb, it will get less blue as time goes on. Congrats on finally getting the bulb, I am sure you will be happy in the long run with the choice.

    Yes, mine definitely got whiter as it burned in. Still pretty blue, but not quite 20K blue anymore.

    so the phoenix 14k bulbs are blue like the 20k? i just bought 2 14k and i thought it was a little too blue. i thought thought that's what 14k is suppose to look like

    They're not really as blue as 20k,probably seem so in comparison with your old bulbs.They do become less blue after a little use(the pheonix),been using mine for about 12 months and color still seems okay.

    yeah, cameras tend to over exaggerate on blue colors
