Funny I actually was wondering how long it would take for someone to chime in on that! I had a 480 gallon fresh water tank before and thought salt would be a walk in the park.... I actually needed to make notes when I started this tank to reming myself its not a cheap hobby dont mess up haha as water quality was important with frest its crutial with salt haha.

 

haha yeah. I wrote mine down when I first started, on a "write on/wipe off board". I left it on for so long that it wouldn't wipe off. : I think I remember what the water parameters should be at, by now. lol

A 480g fresh sounds pretty sweet btw.

 

My landlord and best friend made it part of my appt. How could I complain! we still hang out all the time now that ive owned my house for 4 year now! he has a 500 gallon fw tank! he brought me into the large tanks. he askes me all the time to make a 1500 red tail tank all the time!

Can you share info on your lights(and pics)? Are you running two return pumps?
I'm in the process of setting up my 210 as a fowlr and was planning on a large etss skimmer due to the bioload. How's the PM work fir you? I've got a PM redline on my 110 reef and like it. Also what are your sump dimensions? I'm tore on the sump for mine. Great pics thanks for sharing;D.
