Got to hear Anthony Calfo speak....

I went to my monthly local reef club meeting last night and Anthony Caflo was our guest speaker. He is the author of many articles, Publisher of the C the Journal, and multiple books on reef keeping related topics. I must say, he was excelent! He had a lot of intersting topics, but my favorite was on breeding. To quote "This may be the only way to save our wonderful hobby". It was a lot about being adventerous and taking risks. Try breeding more than Clowns, take some risks and breed more challenging species. I purchased a couple books and the best part of the night, everyone left with a free frag! A couple links:

I recently bought 2 of his book Reef Invertebrates and the Book of Coral Propagation. Although i am not finished yet, the books are great. Its nice to see how much effort has been put into them
