Shew, I just read through this thread. Seems like a lot going on for 4 or so months. All in all how is everything going?

Tank looks good, seems like you've given the set up a lot of thought.

When the Puffer first went in he was on the shy side and I couldn't get a worthy picture. He's staying out a bit more so I'll work on it in the next few days. I've been working 80-100 hrs/week since Thanksgiving and when my wife finally gets to see me there's a long list of things that I need to help with before Christmas. Oh, and we always have a little party on New Year's Day for a few hundred of our closest friends. If your going to be in the area on The First, shoot me a PM.

I don't know what's up Luna never posts in my thread even when I try to lure him out of hiding.

This little is really cool. My youngest son has wanted a Puffer since before the tank had water in it. In his mind he had to wait forever, especially since his borther and sister had both already gotten the fish that they wanted. There had been quite a few puffers through the LFS but my friend told me to wait for something special. I'm glad that I listened and so is my son.

Thank you. I actually still have a very long list of things that I want to get done on this tank. My schedule is kinda crazy in that I can go weeks without any spare time for anything but minimal tank maintenance and then I'll get a stretch where I can make some of the upgrades that I want. One thing I know for certain is that all of my tank projects always take me longer than I initially think that they will.

I caught that one, but he/she fixed it, no worries.;D

Don't mean to hi-jack the thread.

I must have missed something. I thought Puffers were not reef friendly. Which types are reef friendly?

I have a 30 breeder and a 40 breeder plumbed in line with my display reef. Right now the puffer is in the 40 with a rehabbing anemone and some live rock. Eventually he'll have a fuzzy lion fish to keep him company. Any other suggestions for puffer tank mates?
