I wasn't suggesting AGA for a custom tank. I believe I have the biggest they make(210g). Just using them for a warranty example. I had heard they mereged with Oceanic also but I know instead of aga it's called Aqueon now. Look like they cheapened their overall appearance. I've been looking at my 210 latley and thinking it's really not going to be big enough. I'm more into fowlr than a reef but live to have large angels and tangs so you really limit yourself with the standard dimension tanks. Plus looking at all these threads like your makes me realize that you shouldn't have to "fit" a tank some where in your house but rather the tank should be part of your house. That way all the needed equipment can be sized for both the tank and space availible. The craftsmenship of your stand and canopy are incredible.

Here's my 200gal water vat that I picked up yesterday. It's a Norwesco 200g vertical tank. 30" diameter and 72" tall. It's got an 8" opening in the top and a 2" bulkhead at the bottom.

Here is the water vat in position in the fish closet. You can also see the 30g tall that I mounted at the upper left. I'll use this as a QT tank.

Here's some of the specialty PVC fittings and manifolds that I picked up to have on hand for the plumbing job next Wednesday.
