I'm in awe! All I can say is you are a plumbing and electrical genuis. A whole lot of work went into the setup but you will enjoy your reef tank for many years to come. Good luck.

I think he's going to lay on a board that lays across the top of the tank and reach down with his arm with a 3 foot tong and barely be able to reach bottom...

mix in some cussing, luck, and prayers and there you go

 

Invent a submersible cleaning robot, I think. Kind of like a roomba but with a magnavore attached.

 

A Magba? A mag float and roomba combined?

 

... this needs to be invented. isn't Otty into robots?

 

Now I play the waiting game. My levels were looking pretty good before I added the last 40 lbs of not totally dry rock last week and that got my ammonia level up again. It's no fun waiting but I figure that it will give me a better bacteria load in the long run. I'm also waiting on a few new toys. My calcium reactor should be here any day now and I ordered a controller on Wednesday (I'll definately need some advice from Jason on this)
This weekends project is to finish hooking up an ATO.
