I was just thinking say you wanna put something like a clam in the sand or a coral down low, how would one go about that task with a tank that size? Send your kids in possibly?

I don't have tongs long enough (yet) so I'm just going to have to drop them and pray that they land upright. I do have some 4 foot long fiberglass rods left over from doing my rock work that I could use to kinda nudge things into position from there.

I have areas in the back of my 75 that can be a pain to get to if a coral is not secured properly and it falls. I wouldn't want to drop anything in that tank and have to fish it out  Have some tongs custom made?

I would invest in a good snorkel mask. Hang from the board you are going to lie on and hold your breathe.

Head to petco and get one of those claw poop picker uppers. They are usually plastic and you could place the coral inside the claw like a basket. then pull the trigger for it to open and out it comes.

Don't tempt me. I might do it. If I did, I would have to start wearing clothes while I reefkeep though. ;D
