    The one guy at my lfs lets me get my water myself.
    its always ro/di when i need it lol
    ill even make sure his saltwater tubs are at the right salinity for him. maybe thats why he lets me do it. less work for him haha

    that does suck though. should be a lesson learned. always check the water.
