    The new Grassy LeDio 27 LED spot from volxjapan just hit the stores this week and has our friends in Japan fired up. The LeDio 27 sports an array of seven 3 watt LEDs beaming out of redesigned 60 degree lenses. Volx has improved the color uniformity and brightness life as well in the LeDio 27 over their previous models. Volx is one of the original and best aquarium LED spotlights and are very popular in Japan. I actually may be getting some of these soon. If I do, I will give them away as usual. Stay tuned.

    In japan, it is 23,100JPY which is around $250.00. Some of Japanese reefers replace thier 150W MH with Ledio27.

    where did you find the price? On the website it just says open for msrp and for the 21 watt bulbs it says msrp as 29,000 yen or $319

    i think you mean shipping, but yea thats pretty sweet i don't know about replacing 150 halide though as these bulbs only have 60 degree optics on them maybe replacing a 150 on a small tank or something but anything longer than a 10 gallon would need at least a couple to make it look decent.
