Great Customer service from AI

    I recently started having issues with one of my nearly 1 year old AI Sol Blue LEDs. What would happen is the fixture would shut down and pulse the the white LEDs. I went to AI web site and used there support reporting tools on line.
    The very next morning I had a reply for Kate, one of the AI support team. Kate had a few questions and some suggestions. I immediately responded with all the answers needed and I'd have to say with in 45 minutes I had a follow up question. To which I answered again. Kate and then Justin continued to troubleshoot via email over the next few days.
    The response times where remarkably fast and long into the evening (even with me being on the west coast).
    Today we concluded the troubleshooting with everyone sure we had narrowed down the issue to the power supply.
    Being just at the end of the warranty I was very please when I was told the part was to ship for just the international shipping charges.

    It has been a long time since I've received such outstanding customer service!
    Along with what I'd have to say are the best Aquarium Lighting products on the market AI has matched that with a Customer service team that is proud of the product and happy to help their customer.

    Same here!! I had some issues with an AI Nano I recently purchased, and they were quick to respond to emails and to send out a completely new light, before I had even sent the first Nano back to them.

    I have to say,.. the support I have recieved from AI is very refreshing. They are on top of things there and its appreciated.

    I have 3 vega colors, and I love them!!
