    Funny you should say that as there was a big industry in fishmeal in that area for pet feeds and fertilizer from what I have read. The infrastructure is there and it would help offset the ocean harvesting of fish for fertilizer.

    They do lack a lot of crucial nutrients so the fertilizer route would be best IMO.
