Dollar stores all seem to have lots of them. Who knew....

Was trying to find extra shells for my hermits and they were so expensive on-line and at the pet stores. Well the dollar stores have bags and baskets of them for...you guessed it $1. It's my tip for today. Thanks for reading :)

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
You can find them at most hobby stores.

Regardless of where you get them you should make sure they do not have any finish or oil products on them.

i always just get some from the LFS. Also everytime I sell hermits to people I add a few extra shells in the bag for them.

I got mine from reefcleaners for 7 cents each, but I realized that there is no reason for that, I just buy a bunch of the fl Ceriths and Nerrits, some of them will die anyway withing a few days, that will get your hermits a feast and a new homes :)
