So my tank has been up for about 4 months now and Im getting this bright green algae on the LR...its everywhere lol...there is no texture to it really it kind of just goes into the rock and looks like the rock. My params are all good, fish are happy (the few that I have) Not putting to much in the tank right now, trying to let it mature some. Here are some pics if someone can help me out and tell me what it is or specifically if its bad or not. :)
    Tank Specs:
    55g
    Red Sea Salt mix
    RO water
    70lbs of LR
    4x54 watts T5 lights
    1 36w acintic blue T8
HOB emperor 400 (no bio wheels, just LR rubble)
    2 Korilia flow jets (2 & 4)
Red Sea Berlin X2 Pro Skimmer (rated for 225g tanks)
    1 tomato clown
    2 Firefish
    1 Red Stripe Angel
    1 Yellow Watchman Goby
    1 Bullseye Pistol Shrimp
    1 LTA
    handful of hermits and snails

    Amonia 0
    Nitrites 0
    Nitrates 10
    PH 8.1
    Calcium 480

Not the best photos in the world, but all the bright green spots is the algae, like I said there is no texture really and it doesnt come off easy.

Really hard to tell by the pics, but by your description I am saying coraline.

i agree coralline is the most obvious answer assuming its not just green algae in rock pours.

I agree as well, the green algae will turn purple after a while. It's great your starting to see that come out.

To me it looks like run of the mill microalgae.

Have you ever turkey basted or powerheaded off your rocks? If so, did a lot of detritus and particulates blow into the water column. If so, your flow is not optimized and microalgaes are attacking the phosphates given off when this detritus rots.
