    hi i wanted to know is this good or bad for my tank its on my live rock i got like 15lbs of lv its a 45g. tank with 2maroon clowns n 1fourstriped damsel should i take it off or just leave it alone the tanks been running for more than 7 months [​IMG][​IMG] [​IMG][​IMG] [​IMG][​IMG]Thanks for the help

    Im sorry about that problem with the piks but i dont know were to put them they are to big of a file for the photo section here and when i go to the link i can see them any suggestions to were i can put them to be viewed by everyone

    looks like hair algae and it's bad try to remove it if you can

    The hair algae is definitely something you don't want in your tank. The algae bloom may be caused by issues with your water quality. What are your phosphate and nitrate levels? You want those parameters close to zero and use a good quality salt.

    I use the Instant Ocean sea salt my nitrate is like 20ppm and my phosphate i dont know but does anyone know how to remove it do i just take out the piece of rock and just take it off or is there a certain way
