How do you figure? BTA's need pretty high lighting. I wouldn't go below T5HO's with one.

i figure because power compacts are very powerful and if he places the BTA at the top it will be fine as well as sps

When did PC's become powerful? I would be very wary of a BTA under PC's. Bubble tips require high lighting. They also move around. Just because you put them near the top, doesn't mean they will stay there. If they decide they don't like it at the top, they'll move to the bottom, where unless the tank is very shallow due to the low penetration of PC's they'll most likely perish. T5's can penetrate much deeper so the anemone would have a much better chance.

PC's just don't have the PAR that t5ho do and i would not recommend attempting a BTA or even any SPS besdes some montipora under PC's.

I have a GBTA and 2 RBTA's under my halide and t5 lit tank. No issues there, but I don't think they would get enough light under PC's that make more heat than PAR.
