I picked up a colony of Green Button Polyps last week from a LFS and have been very excited about them. Over the last few days I notice one of the polyp tubes(?) has not been attached to the rock, but was dangling off the rock piece the rest of the colony is attached too. It lookes like a polyp had broke into 2 heads and it finally seperated from eachother... except its not on the rock piece anymore. Did my coral do most of the fragging for me? Can I just glue or attach the tube to a piece of rubble and call it a frag?

the dont grow have heads (split that is) there grow more like a mat. you can just super glue the loose polyps to a frag plug or a rock. thats what i do with my zoas.
