    Hello 3Reefers! We are new to 3reef and the hobby. We live in central Queensland Australia, 3 hours west of the great barrier reef.
    So far we have made every mistake possible but we are learning. We have a very new (2 months) 270 ltr bio cube aquarium. Started off with live rock and 2 blue chromis. When nitrite/ nitrate levels settled down we added 2 clown fish and a copper banded butterfly. We have just added several soft corals and anemone's, redline shrimp, blue and yellow tangs, blond lipstick tang, spotted box fish and a spiny sea urchin. So far all the fish are getting Along and water chemistry is acceptable,Apart from some cloudiness. We are 250kms from the nearest FS. Yesterday we were discussing a redundancy plan in the case of a black out when it happened! Luckily I was able to borrow a generator from work which got us out of trouble. 3 hours later the power came back on.
    Basically we spend every spare minute staring at our aquarium and watching our inland sea.
    3reef has allready provided us with valuable information and we look forward to learning from you all and sharing our discoveries.
