    i would let the fuge mature for a month or so first. and i suppose they would get along. the mandarin is really a docile fish

    I had a mandarin goby, bought it on impulse, and it died. Before I read this thread right now, I would have never thought they needed pods to eat. I guess that explains it. I was wondering why I never saw it eating.
