OK so today I got my new power head in. the power head I was currently using was 150gph and was a non adjustable power head/pump. I got a 800l/h wave maker in today and put it in the tank. It is so much water flow it's rediculous. I finally found an area and angle to where it doesn't blast all the corals. However they still sway a lot. The flow in my tank before was next to nothing. Will the corals strengthen themselves against this new flow like a plant would or will they just get blown around?

    Update** New pics

This is a pic of how the nepthea is doing now. Looks a lot better to me. I have included a pic of the power head to show how far away its placed. Its 800l/h. I have also moved the frogspawn farther from the nepthea. Any comments/suggestions welcome.
