Green thing growing on our Pipe Organ coral?

    There are two of these growing on our coral. We are new to this and want to know if this is harmful.

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Almost looks like a small piece of Halimeda to me, a marine algae. Not a terribly fast grower unless you are running a high calcium level.

    Looks like halimeda algae to me. It should be ok.
