    New to the reefer...First tank set up just started about three months ago 15 gallon to start/learn with, and so far i have t5 lighting blue spec i usually do six hours give or take water changes every two weeks 20% at least i have a power head but with the small amount of rock sometimes pushes the sand around so i dont use it much the filter carries a great flow from what i can see..a base of live sand fiji rock livestock i have kenya trees and a new darth maul which im really excited to see expand no fish yet, but thinking after this cycle any ideas on good starter fish! also open to any suggestions to keeping a healthy reef Thanks

    How about percula clownfish or firefish?

    Thanks for the welcome..Firefish I think are awesome, and they look great do you think i should change the lighting at all so the fish stand out or leave the blue spec..

    :wave:hi welcome! I would do a firefish also. Both the red and purple firefish will look really nice. I love the darth mauls!

    As far as lighting is concerned, it really will depend on what type of corals you will want to get. The blue IMO actually make the fish pop more then the white lights however you might need more white depending on the type of corals you want to get into. Right now the corals you ahve dont require a lot of light

    How many bulbs are in the fixture. You could always do 50/50
