    Just wanted to post a quick message introducing myself. I just recently set up my 1st SW aquarium from used equipment I bought from a 25 year aquarium expert. I figured why buy new if I can learn from used!!!

    So far so good with the normal problems and questions. I posted a thread with some questions I had. Here's a link in case anyone wants to check it out...

    I live in Spring Grove, which is a few miles west of York. The main problem with this area is the lack of decent LFSs. We have Petco, Petsmart, a few small pet stores that have fish, but the best store nearby is That Fish Place, which is in Lancaster.

    If you know of any decent stores in the area I'd love to learn about them.

    wow it is sooo awesome to finally have someone that is close on this site!
    I actually live south of York, in New Freedom so we are only a good 15-20 minutes away!

    You need any help, let me know... i will happily help out a local any way i can!

    As for fish stores, TFP is pretty much the only good one around. out Petcos arent worth anything here. I have a connection up in Reading with this wholesaler, hes a good guy and a friend so i get some killer deals from him.

    For those of you joining us that are new to the hobby - the best piece of advice you'll get around here as a saltwater newbie is 3Reef's slogan
