Oh yeah, I finally got around to updating some pictures!!

I'm really looking forward to seeing those orange montis grow out!! Should be pretty wicked! Every time I have screwed up and broken a cap I have fragged it to there. Ended up with a lot of pieces lol.

I have a lot of small monti frags in there that should add a really cool element after a year or so worth of grow out.

My next project for the tank is getting some Ricordea together and doing a ricordea garden. Just need to figure out where and how I'm going to approach it.

So.. I'm thinking pretty seriously about adding bio pellets to my system.

The algae scrubber seems to have gotten me to a consistent <5 nitrate and <.1 PPM phosphate but isn't lowering it further. I could work more on tweaking the scrubber and my feeding habits... but biopellets are so set and forget that I don't have to worry with alternating cleaning and add more labor to the scrubber and will get the results I'm looking for. I'm debating between ecoback and Dr. Tim's Pearls... Not sure what reactor I'll use.

I run ecoback with great results! I run less than what is recommended but that is just me. The dr. Tim's I am sure will work they sound so good. But I am going to stick with what I know works on my tank. I still have some npx in my reactor also.

Yeah.. Not the first thing I have lost to one of my Vortechs :(

I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with Ecoback over Dr. Tims. Mostly because of Jon Warner's involvement here on 3reef and the support provided in the "official ecoback thread"

Thank you very much! Just wish the color rendition in the pictures was more accurate.

Thank you! I'm very happy with the way it's coming together

    Thank you!!
