I bought a boat! Small easy to handle center console fishing boat. Just to run around the bayou's here. My father sold it to me for a good price, he's been letting it rot and hasn't used it in years. So it's in the shop now! Hope to have it out by next weekend!

115hp Yamaha. It has all 1 year old upholstery on the boat so the inside isn't bad. I'm going to clean it up before showing pics though!

It should move pretty well with a 115 , cape horns have nice heavy hulls. Can be a little wet though.

You're being nice.. they are very wet out front (in the Gulf)! Especially the older models like this one. They improved the design in the early 2000s so they aren't so bad anymore, but this model is still pretty splash heavy. But it's a strong boat and has a 50gallon fas tank. I have been out in some pretty serious seas in this thing when I was younger with my dad. You can run it all weekend and never worry about gas.

I mostly plan to putt around the rivers and bayous with it though. I'll take some trips to the islands out in the gulf on clear days, but mostly I'm going to keep it out back.
