They are actually mono argentus and have adapted surprisingly well! I still really like them.

I got all the pieces, tubing and all for my calcium reactor!! I have a problem though, I leave sunday afternoon and won't be back till friday night.

I thought about going ahead and hooking it up tonight hoping to have it settled in by Sunday. What does everyone think? Wait till I get home or will I be able to get it dialed in by sunday morning?

I try to not make any changes to my tank and equipment right before I leave town. Too much can go wrong. That is unless your significant other is competent to correct any issues. Feeding my fish is the best mine can do.

Yeah, you're right. No point in being impatient now as I have been staring at the reactor for over a month anyhow!! And there is no way I should depend on her to test and adjust! That's just NOT going to happen lol

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Exactly.

I never make any changes prior to a departure for any length of time.

Thanks for the advise! Sometimes you just need to hear someone else tell you what you already know!!

I am scared to death and super excited about getting it online. My tank has been going so well that making a major change like this is very scary. On the flip side, the promise of increase stability and decreased maintenance is HUGE.

I doubt I'll have much trouble dialing it in. With this setup, I don't have to depend on any needle, ball, or pinch valves anywhere in the system. It's all digital and precise... So, let's just hope I don't find some way to still screw it up!

I got some work done fragging today to start stocking up for a Frag swap I'm hosting at my place next month. About half of what I'm going to do total.

And I added a new piece of equipment to cure one of my only dead spots. I think it's pretty well hidden. What do ya'll think?
