Good Deal! glad I could help. Hope it wasnt information overload.

BTW, that shot looks good. I'd love to see the raw file and see if I can tweak it.

I love it! Although, constructive criticism, If you look at the blue damsel, it seems to be either a little too saturated or a little too sharp. Still, very nice, brings out the corals well. I didn't even notice the goniopora the first time!

Probably a little strong, but i like them like that. Personal preference I guess and I've never seen your tank. Your lights may be closer to 14000k. Its a start to show you the image you took was very good, just needed a tiny bit more post processing. Its so hard to get our cameras without high dollar lenses to pick it up perfectly. That's why I only use the raw images for tank shots. I have control of everything.

Btw. Completely awesome tank. I can't wait for mine to grow in like that.

Eh, I disagree on the damsel being oversaturated. But its really a matter of personal preference. It seems to be a bit heavy on the magenta/purple balance but it still looks great. Gorgeous tank Grim. It has really inspired me for my next build.

I adjusted the temperature to 8500 on the Canon processing utility and then adjusted yellow (color code 27) to 150 saturation.

Blue is the most difficult color for cameras to pickup properly. I have found adding yellow to the picture is a big help since we actually avoid using lights with yellow.

Here is a shot as taken, unprocessed. I shoot in the RAW format for its extended processing abilities.

    Here it is processed.

That's actually a branching alveopora, I have two!

As far as the picture, it's tough to compensate. I really like it. Looks very much like it does to the naked eye.

Processing the colors is tough, I am running a total of 6 different colors of led. Looks great IMO, thanks for touching it up for me, gives me a visual reference of what we were talking about.

Thank you! I actually am pretty heavy on that spectrum in my tank. There is a magenta/purple hugh to the lighting.

Got some of my Avast marine order in!! I'm loving the dosing holders and the probe holders. The swabbie won't ship till the end of the week though.

Nice, Grim. Are these the Dosing Tube Holders you are using? I would like something like this for my 10g and ato tubes, but wasn't looking to spend so much on it. Any ideas?
