Big changes coming soon.. Buying a 300g DD marineland with starphire glass and starting to move everything over in the coming months. My goal is to have my aquarium inhabitants fully moved before my house sells. I am going to use a 10 bulb ATI power module that just came up for sale on my local forum, a closed loop I plan to plumb into the new tank and that will give me enough to let two tanks run for a little while. I want plenty of time to move the livestock piece by piece.

Yeah, sort of. This is going in my Girl friends house where I'll be living for the next 2-3 years while we find a property and build a new house.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    That's huge Grim.

You are planning ahead I see but dang I sure hate to see one of my favorite tanks taken down.

I guess though now you will have more room for the corals to grow out, some seem to be getting quite large.

Congrats on the new tank and new home.

You are going to love the three foot depth of that tank. I went back and forth many times when I bought mine for my fish. It would have made an awesome reef tank. Good luck to ya!

Mostly more room for fish to swim. I wish I could transport my exact structure and corals like they sit into it... It won't be that easy though. But I'll make darn good and sure that this is an overall upgrade. I may sell my LEDs to help finance it. (I'm getting this 10bulb ati t5 fixture with brand new ati bulbs for $750!!!) I would go with leds again when I move to the next place and do my ultimate build.

Well.... the water is already rising and the storm is still well out in the gulf... My generator over heated on a test run yesterday and now won't crank.. this could be a very very bad week... I have batter powered air pumps.. but that's all.
